My brother-in-law Chris has been working on a MTB Tips and Techniques web site. Please see MTB TIPS DOT COM.

Hi Rolandp,

I watched your brother-in-law's video and I have a few comments you might like to pass onto him:
- Sound Quality is not good / poor
- Good tips
- Tiny bit too much talking and no video examples and different scenes
- Very nice bike

Thanks rolandp for the link and the video.

My friend tried braking less yesterday. He hadn't seen the video above. He wasn't concentrating as well as he should have been considering and didn't see a pothole, so crashed. The Doc thinks he has cracked some ribs from the symptoms, even thought they couldn't tell from the X-rays.

Therefore I'd just add that if you are going to try the advice above, make sure you are awake and fresh. Maybe try it in different sections independent of a usual training or long ride.
