I built this Hardtail to use as the occassional Oaks XC Trail use. I ended up only using it to commute to work for about 15x. I am planning to sell it as its just sitting in the garage while my roadies take up my training time. Can you guys give me an honest fair appraisal? Lightly used on road.

Groupset and forks let it down a bit for resale price, unfortunately. Somewhere around $500 I'm guessing.
Might be better to part it out, depending on whether you have the time and inclination.

Part it out.
The Thompson Post and Brakes will sell, so too will the wheels IMHO
The frame is probably fairly good too.

Probably about $400 -$500 if you can find a buyer whom it suits.
Parting it out might get you similar money but with more hassle and probably some unsellable parts left over.
