MTB tracks near Mt Annan

Besidees the Botanic gardens, are there any known tracks to ride around Mt Annan that people know of?
I just had my first dirt ride in about 10 years at the Gardens and loved it. Now I'm looking for other places to ride and also upgrading the old bike...
