Can I get a bigger tyre?

Hi,

I looked on the website and my rim says

26X1.5/1.95

I checked my tyre and it says 26x2.10.

Now my question is, Can I get a bigger tyre?

What is the biggest I can get that will fit on?

Also will I have to get another tube for that tyre?
