Fork education needed.

Got a new bike that came with rockshox reba RL solo air fork. But there is no manual of how to adjust and tune the fork.

It will be appreciated if anyone knows about this fork can tell me how to do the following:
1. How to adjust preload?
2. How to adjust compression damping if there is?
3. What are the numbers/percentage on the right side of the fork upper tube?

1. preload /sag is set by the air pressure
2. don't think there is external compression dampening adjustment other than lockout.
3. Sag gradients, easy guide to setting up the fork your weight and riding style.
and just in case you didn't know it was there, the little red knob on the bottom of the forks is rebound adjust.
The rabbit-tortise sticker should be self explanatory.

forgive my stupidness. how to use the sag gradients? i seat on the bike,o ring is at 15% mark. when i rode on some big bumps, the o ring is out of the 100mm scale. there also is a 80mm scale.

is it bottom out? how to fix it?

Sag is the static compression of the fork caused by your stationary body weight. Put the O ring at the top of the lower leg, sit on the bike (try not to bounce it) then get off and see where the ring is now sitting.
