06 Specialized FSR XC Comp bent seat stay.

Hi mates, my friend bought a dual suspension last week and we're trying to tune it up and rebuild. we found out that the seat stay is bent and was thinking if we should straighten it? or just leave it alone? the drive side bearing (connecting to the chain stay) is just a little misaligned due to the bent.

or better yet... if someone here in the forums have this part. we'll be more than glad to take it off your hands.
