After getting into long distance road riding I'm coming back to where it all began - the dirt.
I've set myself the challenge of riding a 2 man team for the Scott in October, but need some advice on training for these off road enduros.
So, what should I be doing to prepare this many months out? How do you get the mind and body ready for the long late night stints?
