Right.... so my diet is on track.. at last!
I said I was getting back into training in my last post, but I couldn't find the motivation, I've found a focus point and I'm concentrating on that right now, so I'm gonna train my arse off... and hey if I run myself into the ground again then so be it...
I had fun last time... I'll structure a bit better this time
