It is official...you can eat too much chocolate :? No amount of riding today would compensate for the amount of chocolate consumed already

And on a day when I only did 36k's due to time restriants  But it was a lovely spin around the Riverloop at 6am this morning, bikeway and the roads very quite.

A day off for me tomorrrow due to family stuff happening with ANZAC day but some big rides planned for during the week 8)

Tomorrow is my 1st anniversary since starting cycling, maybe a quick spin to celebrate might be in order!

Haha, I'm not expecting you to make it easier, it helps with keeping me motivated and getting out there...I think that I need my head read, but I'm planning on doing approx 140k later on this week....planning on riding from one end of the Gold Coast down to Coolangatta and return AND in the afternoon, riding home from Paradise Point at the GC back to Brisbane  if the wind cooperates and blows in from the SE, then I'm serously thinking about it....I must be crazy!

I've reeled in the gap between us to only 22k's.....back in Feb it was a few hundred k's!

Was it a bumpy ride bella?
Maybe you should just stick to normal roads; it will be easier on your back. We need you in November, to show us around.

Happy anniversary Lisa

Thanks Parker, I didn't ride on Monday, but I got out yesterday and clocked up 53k's despite the weather being gloomy with a passing shower.

52k's today, a nice easy social ride around River Loop, managed to avoid most of the rain today, but we still got wet and the bikes needed another clean!

Planning on riding from one end of the Gold Coast to the other and return tomorrow, I think that we'll get wet again

Yes Lisa, why don't you eat some anniversary cake, and lots of it. Take time to know your husband again, put the bike away for a while.
It will still be there in a few months.
