So why were you worried about him meeting CT ? Worried she'd steal him from precious ? Why else wouldn't you want a wingman ?
NO I wasn't worried, CT did meet him but I was riding with her and he was riding with some other guy so I declined because I had made plans to ride to Bobbin Head with Chris. I don't think CT would steal him he doesn't ride fast enough.

I think if this fella isn't up to riding to Bobbin Head at CT pace, you should forget about him. You're worth more that's what I tell my unmarried daughters, so it has to be right

Well not with Mr Clitoria but I did ride today with another neighbour’s husband (Mr Skinloose), he has no road sense, he was much fitter then me but has no idea about how to ride. an example, he dropped his chain and I was trying to tell him how to put it back on when riding but he insisted to stop on the side of the road and put it back . Not far behind a very fast group of skin tight lycra fashion conscious riders were riding by. What do you think Mr skinloose did. Yes got back on his bike like a geriatric wobbling all over the place just as they approached. How embarrassing. They gave me a look of what a noob. I couldnt explain, I wanted to shout, Hey I am a good rider, I tried to tell him, I don't even know him well. Look I ride a Pinny So the moral of the story is to ride solo till I can keep up with the the tight lycra brigade where I belong

You have some very interesting neighbours. So do I. One of them wears wears skin tight lycra pants but doesn't ride a bike and is very overweight. Her name strangely enough is Mrs Skinloose Labianna. I'm wondering if perhaps she may in some way be related to your friend Mrs Clitoria. The problem is she thinks she has something in common with me, ie. we both wear lycra. I can assure you that is all we have in common. She is often out the front when I am mounting up and insists on casting very lurid looks over the fence and then bending over to tie a shoelace or maybe squash ants, I don't know, but it is becoming slightly embarrassing, not to mention confronting, oh god, the sight of an enormous lycra clad backside. It puts me off my food. Should I just turn the other cheek and ignore her, toughen up, or set the dog on her? Apple, you seem to be the Queen of suburban etiquette and our forum agony aunt, any suggestions?

What I'm trying to say is do I handle Mrs Labianna with tenderness and delicacy or take a manly, upfront and hard approach to the situation.

No second prize, Tim. Apple has already made this thread what it is, you are just copying her and trying to cash in on the humour.

Well they are very sexy women and work out at the gym 13 times per week. Why is it that hair is always perfect, like I don't get it. I cycle and run and my hair looks like a mess, but if you see braless and the new lady (not sure if I should name her yet) Hair like out of hollywood.
