I could ride up and that's probably a good idea to get some extra kms in. I'm clueless about how long this will take but let's work back from Lane Cove. Someone tell me what time to meet you all at Lane Cove please.

You should schedule for 25mins from Darling St/Victoria Rd intersection (Rozelle) to Lane Cove shops. And it takes around 25mins from there to Marrickville shops. They are the times required for me to get to those locations.

I was just giving you a time guide as I know the times in the two directions from Rozelle and I thought that you guys are meeting in Lane Cove. Didn't realise you guys are going up to meet in St Ives, in which case my reference won't be that useful.

Based on how I rode on the weekend, my chances of being fit to make this ride are now slim. I reckon I need at least another 6 to 9 weeks carefully pacing myself to regain enough of the lost endurance and strength to have any confidence to complete it.

Looks like I've lost far more than I expected. I was probably being way optimistic
