Well done Lisa! I joined the challenge a bit too late with my Strava rides so I didn't make it. I've done 1000k's in a month (last Feb!) it's a lot of riding but I'm sure you could do it. A good goal to aim for…marinmomma wrote:Nice rides there Julie, Apple and Eleri.
I completed the Ride Hard to Breathe Easy Challenge today...800k's makes it my biggest month ever and I missed out on a couple of Saturday bunch rides due to rain this month, otherwise it would have been closer to 1000k's ....maybe in May I can crack the 1000k's in a month

Next time you want to go let me know I would love to attend, but I will only do the 100 or just over.I did a big Audax ride in Mudgee yesterday.

Sure - will let you know. Lots of them start in Hornsby or Waitara and just up the road from you. You can ride by yourself at your own pace, or with others. Mudgee turned out to be quite social and we all rode together for the first 70 or so to Gulgong before the various rides all split off. Highly recommended!Apple wrote:Well done Lisa.
I am not as motivated as you,
Eleri is a show off with her riding , I think I will do some of those Audax rides, I down loaded the calendar.
I now have a job during the week, so I don’t know when I can fit in the riding.

hasn't it been an amazing week in NSW? Would have been a good week for a holiday and riding serious Ks!Eleri wrote:I hope those of you in Sydney got out on your bikes this morning. 26 kms before work and a very pretty sunrise. I was going to suggest you work on the weekend as well Lisa (in order to slow you down!) but my evil plan forgot about all your commuting!!marinmomma wrote:Apple wrote:Didn't notice a thing, working full time at the moment
