women's cycling - spin classes are the go!

Cycling Victoria recently started up a Women's Forum to talk about getting more women into club cycling. Here's a report on what was said. Apparently spin classes are the go! I laughed at first, but then I reflected and realised that most of the women club cyclists I know do spin and that a number had come to the club via spin classes. So ... maybe there's something in it?
