How cool is she

A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man.

all very cool and all but even when I knew it wasn't going to happen, I still found myself worrying she was going to overbalance and put her hand down on the hot plate.

I guess i'm getting old :(

OP should've warned about the Nickelback.
Would suggest others put video on mute. Some decency is in order.

Looks as though she has one of those sophisticated induction cooktops?? I don't have any direct experience of them but in principle it should only be the cookware that gets hot.

Music backing has been pulled, probably due to copyright infringement.

Hilarious vid, though

Not just Rock'n'Roll Kym, I had some Dave Brubeck Quartet running when I opened the vid. Muted after three seconds and went back to the Jazz, it complemented the visuals nicely :D

One does wonder though, if Siri was listening to such quirky time signatures from Messrs. Brubeck & Morello if she'd be able to keep her balance as well as she could with the generic commerical radio friendly dross.

edit : sorry... I initially slurred Canadians by linking NickelCack to their country of origin. I realise decent music does come from Canuckistan.

I'm sorry but one Neil Young does not provide balance for one Celine Dion, you'd need at least four

Rush, Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, The Tragically Hip, Crash Test Dummies, Bare Naked Ladies...

There's 6 more.. 7 with Neil Young. Should go part of the way off setting Shania Twain as well ;)

But... Bryan Adams would take some serious balancing. I am not sure Rush's undoubted virtuosity would surpass the scary/cringy-prog-rock lyrics enough to balance him out.

I almost agree with you, but jazz? You need a strong dose of Coltrane.
