Electric unicycles - Perth based design

I am interested in info on what has been described to me as an electric unicycle developed by a bloke in Perth (Claremont?) that is somehow significantly different than others. Unfortunately the person who told me has no actual idea on HOW it is different but it is "definitely not spin".

Does anyone know of this "unique" beast.

Of course, in the field of electric unicycles, isn't anything "unique" the norm?.
