Electric Bike Range Simulator

I just came across this electric bike range simulator. It is based on Google maps so a little clunky in terms of routing but I liked how you can add variables such as headwinds along with rider and bike parameters. It then computes you time etc (see image).

That is actually pretty impressive and is in the ball park for a known ride maybe uses a bit more battery than real life, the variable for pedalling is great and erring on to much power used is preferable.
I just used the nominal motor wattage of 250W but my mid drive peaks around 600w (rated as 250W) but it shows too high a power usage at that setting, which makes sense as I never make the motor run at peak power for any length of time.
The battery life is as per expected in theory, but my battery is 3 years old and still runs pretty close to new range wise, got to get lucky sometimes :)
