Very pretty and light but the battery would work out at 36v 4.4ah, very short range and or very low power from the motor.

This one looks like the love-child of a Van-moof and a Flying gate.

Cheers,

Cameron.

sorry, I must be having a senior moment but what is the point of having an ebike on a trainer. You may as well hire someone to hop on a regular bike on a trainer to ride it for you.

From what I read, the trainer can be used to recharge the battery. So you go out, ride till you flatten the battery, then come home and recharge the battery by riding some more.

The e-drive system can also be used to recharge the battery pack via pedal power during indoor training sessions.

It may also provide a great way of controlling just how much resistance the bike provides... If you add some VR goggles, you're all ready to go riding your favorite course :)

Yup. But don't forget to have a big electric fan and a garden hose with a sprinkler on for that added touch of realism. (Barking dog optional)

Looks interesting.

That looks like a great concept - It would be great to see Sinclair's vision finally come to reality - Cool that it's his nephew doing it.
