E bike is in cut off mode and won`t power up.

My E bike has cut out and stopped working.I think it`s the brake cut out switch not releasing.Can someone advise me of a Melbourne based person who is able to repair the problem? On the positive side it is an intermittent problem.I just cleaned the terminals as per you tube advice and it worked straight away.Still it would be good to know a local guy.
