Dave, I had the same problem, but a PM to Oxford & to one of the always friendly mods and the link should work again - at least it does for me.
Cheers

Cheers Bruce I was going to buy a fast, stylish bike, but I looked in the mirror & thought "you're not fooling anyone, you know"
Re: Template for Reporting Incidents to PoliceCould we also generate a template for a post-crash situation for riders to keep in their saddle bag? At the very least, should an accident be fatal, the rider will have emergency information ready. I believe this should be vital practice for all riders:
I'd be happy to compile it myself using the following details, let me know thoughts: Your Name: Date of Birth: Emergency Contact: Address: Blood Type: Post Crash Instructions: 1. Stop in a safe place 2. Call an Ambulance for anyone who is injured 3. Phone the Police At this time, the Police do not care about who was at fault so prepare to remain calm and tell them clearly your recollection of the event. Be careful with your words. If its a minor accident it can be reported at a Police station later in the day. Document Contact Information of any witnesses including Rego, Name and Phone Number: ______________ Time of Incident: ______________ Swap your details: Name Telephone Number Address Registration Number Make, model and colour of the Motor Vehicles involved License Number Insurance Company Photos: Capture as many photos of the above details including the context of the accident as possible. Video is preferred. Phone Numbers: ______________ Emergency: 000 Local Police in most states: 131 444 Hopefully a rider would never have to use this, but a lot of things can be forgotten after an accident. Worst case scenario, you take this straight to the police after the crash to document the accident.
Re: Template for Reporting Incidents to PoliceWell I went ahead and made a document anyway.

Re: Template for Reporting Incidents to PoliceQuick question.
I'm about to file a report for the February 13 left hook, and was wondering whether you guys put your contact number in the letter or do you leave it off to force a written response? Re: Template for Reporting Incidents to PoliceI included a contact number in case the officer wanted to clarify anything.
N=1 &as I only dropped it off on Friday, I don't have a response as yet I was going to buy a fast, stylish bike, but I looked in the mirror & thought "you're not fooling anyone, you know"
Re: Template for Reporting Incidents to Police
increased risk of no response IMO. Make it easier for them to get back to you, not harder.
