I think this is pretty good. Even though the cars are at fault in some of these - it doesn't change the fact that you are dead/injured.

The real question is - where is the driver equivalent? Where is the one for a driver tail-gaiting a cyclist and running over him when the cyclist stops/falls?

Thanks for sharing Andrew. A real gem.

In the land where car is king, we shouldn't be surprised that the blame always rests with a cyclist's foolish behaviour.

Don't think this safety manual would ever fly in The Netherlands, but I'm sure a cross-section of "average Aussies" would think this blunt but otherwise normal.
