Well from all reports it seemed to have no impact and fizzled out.
I hope the same occurs next year.

Baby steps. We will have a proper budget for D2W Day in 2014 so that we can sprook this more effectively.

I don't know about others, but for my commute there is a huge difference between school and uni term traffic and holidays / study vac. For impact, you probably want to run it during term.

Oh definitely run it during every term you can: school, uni, the lot. Make sure it isn't a building industry RDO. Make sure the roads will already be as packed as possible and clog them up a bit more. Otherwise no-one will notice. November is too late as Uni semester has finished, better in September or October.
