(Yes, I read it - with lots of semi-skim reading to make it bearable - I was going to post a synopsis of his arguments, but then thought - nah, you guys don't really need to know).

Surely if the person reviewing submissions came along to this one (handwritten, for crying out loud) they'd just set it aside and mark it as read without bothering to go past the first paragraph.

Each submission needs to be checked in full before publication. You can see in there, that a name or something has been redacted out, so somebody did have to read it properly :shock:

I have to agree with this - I really enjoyed his signing off section.

I just wish he'd use more paragraph spacings and dot points.
