Bike lane question

Hi im new to this a question if there is only a bike land on one side of the road, is it ok to ride against traffic?

Is it marked or signposted as two way?
...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

haven't rode there yet any idea on camden valley way? also im using route creator with bike path, doesn't light green and dark green mean any different? woot found a good bike path alone m7 entrance from camden valley way =)

I would assume not; particularly if it not marked. I've had a moron cyclist come down the bike lane against the traffic. It adds to the confusion and danger
