I think it's a 'safety test' designed to take the piss out of Boris. I tried to treat it as serious and scored 1/6. No feedback given, just the abiltiy to Tweet or FB post your results.

Since the date of that article the coroner and courts have found cases of negligence and dangerous driving on the part of many drivers involved. So I'd really put the blame more squarely where it fits. Boris has little influence over ignorant, agressive drivers. Who sets the road rules in the UK? Who determines penalties?
