Not at lot in this from a cyclist's perspective but maybe useful if involved in an incident involving a business. Might help you argue your case. Further details for those bored in my blog.

Thanks Andrew,

maybe I should email a copy to the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority who think the safe place for a cyclist is to be directed into the construction zone alone side working cranes, dodging construction workers & then blocking your exit with a concrete barrier.

When the SHFA gets back to me, perhaps I should ask them for a copy of their risk analysis
