Perth seeking community input on planning

Perth and Peel are planning ahead, looking towards 2050 when they expect to have 3.5 million residents.

While not bicycle or transport specific, they are looking at the bigger picture which includes infrastructure and have a series of plans and drafts open for public comment until 31 July 2015. The effect is that once finalised, they will be plans used by state agencies and local governments.

If you have an interest and it affects you, this is an important opportunity to provide feedback... and ensure that a clever form of transport... bicycling is integral to future transportation and infrastructure plans.
