Skinny kids.
Riding two abreast. Shock horror.
No helmets, gasp.
And a Mini Moke.
How times change. Hit a kid on a bike, load him, his mate and the bike up and drive off. Twenty years jail for that nowadays.

The credits give the year as 1971.
