Bike workshops NSW

Postby lhelliwell » Wed Jun 06, 2018 3:50 pm

Hi all,

I am working with a project team looking at designing better services, access and facilities for cyclists in and around train stations in the Inner West of Sydney. For this phase of workshops, I would like to engage cyclists in the inner west and particularly those who use Sydenham train Station to park their bikes before commuting into the city.

The workshop is scheduled for 14th June and we have two sessions available. They will both place at a central location in Marrickville/Sydenham areas.

Session 1:
8am – 9.30am

Session 2:
4pm – 5.30pm.

The aims of the workshop are to:

– Understand what cyclists think about/need/do when they cycle to train stations
– Understand what cyclists expect and need for bike parking
– Gather feedback on the possible layout of bike parking solutions

We are looking for 6-8 people per workshop session and can compensate people for their time.
Please reply with any questions or if you'd like to be involved.

Thanks very much,
Louise
