What about Geelong qualifying? It's a tad large, but at least not a capital city.

A good friend that lives in Melbourne says I come from RARA (Rural And Regional Australia).

Fingers crossed,
Simon.

How about country as a state of mind?

Lots of country folks move to the city so it's half country anyway. :P
