Anyone travelling in our area check out the SES websites for the latest details on road closures and floods.

We had 175mm in 24hours, may not seem a lot to some parts of Aussie but our previous record was 73mm in a day.

Here are shots from the NW of the ACT, taken yesterday. The water from the Murrumbidgee leaving here, will be passing through Wagga Wagga in a few days time ... to add to the misery of the people downstream.
Sturt Island at the confluence of the Mologlo and Murrumbidgee.
Calitris and the escarpment at Woodstock.
The Murrumbidgee from Shepherds Lookout ... looking into the Bass Hole.
Leaving the ACT, near Ginninderra Creek. 5 times the normal width and about 7 metres above the river's normal height (figure from the BOM).
Good luck to all.
Warren.

Martin, G'day. I hope that you and your family are OK in the MIA and behind some useful levee banks. The reports now being broadcast are not good for the flatlands on the Murrumbidgee System west of Wagga.
Good luck again.
Warren.
