Road Cycling in Otways

A few weekend I've spent in Apollo Bay I have encountered groups of cyclists going up the Apollo Bay - Forrest Rd in the morning. Where are they leaving from?

Most likely Lorne and specifically the Arab Cafe.
3rd class cycling is always better than 1st class walking
