I've rolled on 3000Km on the CAAD10 since March and am still loving it - despite the pain that it brings! :D Took a few snaps today after the post bunch-ride clean-up.

Not the greatest pic but due to the wind I didn't have too much time to frame it up.
I was paranoid about it blowing over!

I am about to remove the head shok on my dale and replace with standard forks.

I would have like to have fitted a lefty but the dollars required is too much. Would be better off buying a complete bike.

Thanks for the compliments fellas :)

@skull I may have an option for you at a reasonable price. I have an old but nice condition Jake that might be appropriate.

Oh, PS the new toy is a Scalpel 29er Carbon 2. Sub 11kg stock with tubes and no pedals. With pedals and no tubes it might still be sub 11 kgs

Every time I see this thread I regret not keeping my CAAD 10. Oh well have to fine a frame and build one up one day.

Here's my latest;

Same, well I'm 194.5cm.. I'm usually riding a 60TT-62ST cm traditional frame (my current peugeot is in the peugeot appreciation society thread) with 175mm cranks, a 100-110mm stem and 44cm bars.

The reason I inquired is I'm about to buy myself a caad10 which apparently has the same geo as your supersixes, I assume you're on the 63cm frame?

Yes I am a 63cm ... but to be honest, given the choice again I would go a 61. Easier to get the bars lower amongst other things.
But it is no biggie... I have ridden happily from 57-63 cm frames / 170-180mm cranks ... I can fit anything :D .

2003 R2000 CAAD7.

10s Centaur QS group, with exception of Chorus carbon crankset. Mavic Cosmos to lightweight taiwanese hubs 24/28h. Concor Light. Deda bars/stem. 8.3kg as shown. Not hugely light, but about 1.5kg lighter than my steelies. Fun, in any case.

I enquired at my LBS about mtbs... He said that next year cannondale were only bringing out 27.5 & 29'ers next season. Really would like a new mtb but I don't know if I would do it justice!
