Your question falls into a very grey zone, bike frames and models are made for different applications there are aero TT bike which may not ride nice whilst a roadie may be more compliant. Also other factors effect ride, material such as carbon vs aluminum, different wheels, tyres, etc.
I do believe the question has no real definitive answer unless you tested a number of bikes with exactly the same componentry but only changed the frame.
This would be a time consuming and expensive experiment.
So I don't believe anyone can answer this question objectively

I know its time consuming that is why I am hoping people here have already make some comparisons.softy wrote:I am not familiar with a super six evo but;

I think you are just going to get the sales and marketing from the manufacture. And this as we know can be taken as a pinch of salt.
All you get is this percentage better than last model and so on.
I did google the bike and it does sound like a top end ride, so I don't think you can go to far wrong selecting this model.

• Supersix Evo Hi Mod is laterally stiff. The Specialized S-Works Tarmac is stiffer.
• Supersix Evo Hi Mod is smooth. My Cinelli Best of Pro is smoother.
• Vertical compliance (part of smooth)
• Supersix Evo Hi Mod is a good all-rounder. Look 695 is the ultimate all-rounder, makes the Supersix Evo Hi Mod look like a BMX.

The Super6 does allow me to run my prefered 28r25f combo ... can't get a 28 in the rear of a System6.
But hey they were both free so who am I to complain ... thanks Cannondale

Can you get the Cinelli in Australia?ft_critical wrote:I test rode a Super Six on a shop ride day vs a number of bikes. Here are my opinions:

How smooth and comfortable is the Look 695 though compared to the Cannondale?

I would've said 23.5% - if accuracy was key here........

Well, yeah, if you just ride the frame but they're comparable once you add the wheels toozill wrote:I've actually heard Look frames are stiffer and have a harsher ride than the cannondale bikes.

The BMC is too ugly for me so never ridden it. People have told me it's stiffer than the cannondale but not as comfortable. To be honest, after riding the cannondale, I can't see how it can be improved!flex5150 wrote:FWIW, always rated BMC SLR01 as THE all rounder tried a supersix evo HM (see other posts in this forum) after 500k flogged it and now sit back on a BMC.
