Cannondale R400 Changing gears.

Guys and Girls,

Recently bought a Cannondale R400 Bike. I cant work out how to change gears! It did work for a while but any instruction/advice would be appreciated.

These are the type of levers I have.

What he said and remember on the right side, the sideways brake lever gets you easier gears and the thumbswitch is for harder ones.
The left side is the other way around.

Or you could have asked the shop person to explain it to you. Sheesh!
