Replacement Headset Bearings

Hello All


I need to know what kind of Upper and Lower headset bearings are on a 2015 Cannondale Super Six Evo???

I could not steer the bike when loading it in the car so I checked the headset.

The upper bearing has completely seized up also started to get rust on it so I could not make out the etching of what kind of bearing it is

The lower bearing is ok but it has no etching to state what bearing it is.

Not cheap but I've bought headset bearings for a CAAD9 from this mob and they've lasted twice as long as the original supplied bearings.
