They spent an hour and half fitting me to the bike. Once away from the shop the bike looks awesome.
I'm glad I didn't go the black of the 13 . . . Cleaning a black bike looks a nightmare.
Cheers
AJ

Damn sight easier than cleaning a white bike.AJ.ROK wrote:Finally picked up my 12 TCR 0 from my LBS last week.

A guy i know is selling one for 1800, which he bought a year ago. Good condition, normal wear and tear.
I've actually already got the advanced 3 with 105, just looking for the upgrade to di2.
The other option, is potentially saving for a while longer, and buying a Cell Omeo 2.0 for $2799, which i've heard nothing but good reviews and also has the di2.
But obviously id rather not spend the extra 1k for little gain.
Cheers.

i guess i'm just wondering how long the 2012 advanced 0 will keep me satisfied, have the 2014 models really improved that much?
otherwise i may as well just spend the extra money now on something that will last longer.
Cheers!

2014 frames are the same as 2012. Tne only improvement across the series is the Ultegra models (mech and Di2) benefitting from the upgrade to 11-sp for '14. Any other changes are basically cosmetic.patchyy wrote:yeah thats definitely true!

I'd start looking around and haggling on the 2014 model before settling on the 2012 model. Maybe check when Giant had runout sales last year as they'll do the same this year?
