I an new to the forum and just wanted some feedback and information on my purchases from other cyclists and also owners of the same bikes. I recently purchased a BMC FS02 XT MTB 2010 model
and a BMC TrailFox 02 MTB 2009 model and wanted to find out what other cyclist think what the bikes are worth. They are both in good condition. Also some feedback on any owners of the same bikes
as to how they are on the MTB trails etc. Any information and feedback is appreciated.

Less the amount you have overpaid or plus the amount you will try and profit from depending on any answers here!adam0bmx0 wrote:Er, they're worth what you just paid for them?

Both 26ers. Not a whole lot.
Based on my recent sale on eBay of a similar vintage Cannondale Rize with full 2010 XT gruppo I'd guess under $1k each, probably around the $800 mark. Does that help?

Thanks trailgumby, I am not after profit on the bikes as I plan to keep them, so I dont need any wise comments from the people who think they are smart(adam and thewall). If I planned to sell I would not of even posted here or joined the forum for that matter. Just looking for some general positive information from those that do know and not from those who think they know.

Where are you based? If northern Sydney there are a few social groups I can hook you up with, and some trails I can recommend. PM me if you like.

asking what you should have paid for something after you paid is an exercise in self flagellation. I know , I do it all the time ( not the flagellation part).
Occasionally, you'll have done really well. Mostly, someone will respond telling you you got reamed.
Enjoy your bikes.

Thanks Trailgumby and jp I am in QLD , so will try to join fellow riders here, thanx for the offer if you have any contacts or trails worth visiting here let me know. For the record I paid $550 for the two bikes. It does not seem a bad price for them looking at other info I found on the web.
