Banned or IP Banned? Read this.

I am getting more emails than average about being banned or IP addresses being banned.
Usually only real spammers are affected - however with a lot of people having Dynamic IPs - sometimes you are allocated an IP by your host that may have been banned.

Best idea to to email me and included:
• your username for the Forum,
• your email address (which you use in conjunction with the account)
• your IP address which you can find here: http://whatismyipaddress.com
• The error message that you are receiving.

As frustrating as it is being unexpectedly banned for no reason - A brief email to me will suffice and usually within 1 day it can be sorted out.
