Forum Skin - Subsilver 2 updated

Shock horror - subsilver2 has been updated.
Obvious change is the new header area - really trying to bring it in line with the prosilver version - is is closer in terms of colour and also a little more compact.
Forum advertising option has been added - you may notice the tiny text (place-holder) "Forums sponsored by:" We are looking to get our forum sponsor onboard very soon.

Also - the BNA news is now presented. I prefer the look and feel of the news in the pro-silver though if you are into the 'vintage style' the news (only on the start page) is somewhat more dominant.

Hope you all like it. Also - another thank you to forum member Philip who volunteered to help and can be thanked for helping wth the customisation.
