Every so often - when everyone gets comfortable, some forget to show respect and remain friendly when participating.
No one expects everyone here to be great friends however once a discussion is done, it is fair to agree to disagree.

Being cyclists, we are still all on the same team so please take care when posting.
Discuss (or fight) the issue, not the person. If need be, be confident enough to ignore or walk-away from a discussion.

Guidelines still apply .. and you can report a post if you need mods to take a look.
