Forum Rules Change for Newbies

The requirement for new users to have min. 10 posts and 7 days membership before posting URLs or links has been lifted:
• With a newer approval process (for first post) we can better spot spam and disapprove and ban spammers
• Related to above, original intention was to block spammers - as this is under better control, if a new member posts images / URLs that are constructive (and not for commercial purposes or self promotion) then they can more quickly participate in quality communication - a benefit for all.
