Market Place Rules - small update

A minor update to marketplace rules - this has been added:

• NEW No selling Multiple Identical Items unless you have mod approval, you need to ask and explain


Selling multiple identical items is typically a sign that it is a commercial sale (even it it is a side or hobby or inofficial business). We realise that there may be some exceptions so for complete transparency, if there is a situation in which you wish to sell (as a private person) multiple items which are identical or very similar - then please pm or email a mod, briefly explain the background and kindly ask for approval.

Of note, commonsense applies so a pack of innertubes or two skewers that are a set is not what is meant.
