New Cycle Touring Section

A new category has been set up for Cycle Touring and it contains the exiting Touring Australia and Touring Overseas forums (which have been moved from Road Racing and Touring) plus a new forum Touring Bikes and Equipment.

The Road Racing and Touring section has been shortened to Road Racing but still contains international and local Tours (races).

This has come about after a member request and discussion as in the Forum Feedback section.
