Inside your User Control Panel (UCP) - accessible from the top blue bar, you can set the timezone to suit your location.
By default, the timezone for guests is now set for Australian EST for Sydney. Previously it was UTC+10 which is almost the same.
In the User Control Panel select Board Preferences (3rd option) and this will give you 'global' options for your member account. You can also click here (if you are logged in)
From the options, you can select your time-zone and also the preferred format for the date display. If you select a city such as Australia / Sydney or Australia / Perth, then this will (or should) adjust for daylight saving.

Nice one. I found this today when I manually changed it from +11 and had the new Sydney option.

I did have to manually adjust for the end of DST. I don't pay a huge amount of attention to the time stamps, but did notice a couple of days after the time change that my settings were still on DST.
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.

I like that it doesn't lose the reply to a post that you left sitting on your screen for too long, like the last one did - Looks nice
