recent BNA site and forum access issues

Over the last week there have been access issue with the site.

This appears to be caused by Microsoft and their bing search engine. All search engines 'crawl' the web and if they have an aggressive approach of trying to view and copy as many pages as fast as possible, this creates an excessive drain can easily knock websites offline when the server can't deliver fast enough.

Actually, Yandex is also a problem as it ignores rules set by the site to restrict access... poor form.

In addition, there are also malicious bots which have a similar approach of copying as many pages as fast as possible in the attempt to identify vulnerabilities or alternatives to duplicate and manipulate the web content for illicit purposes.

A few minor updates have been made and hopefully this is resolved though I (as the admin) need to keep my eyes open.
