Article on Specialized CEO Mike Sinyard

Very interesting reading, in Nov2012 issue of Bicycling. Sounds like a really tough guy to work for (though there is a 'compulsory' lunch time ride for Specialized employees!). He sounds like a Steve Jobs kind of CEO.
A quote from one of his colleagues: "I made a proposal that we try to spend 20 minutes without talking about bicycles. Mike couldn't do it. It's his addiction and his religion. Mike believes in cycling as the path to salvation." Kind of sad I reckon. But clearly his dedication and passion have brought some great stuff to the market.
