Have wanted a Foil for a while now
First plan was to buy a frame and strip all the gear off my Azzurri Forza Ultegra Di2.
Thought that I might buy a new set of wheels , something 11 speed compatible for any future upgrade.
Then managed to track down a 2012 Foil 15 frame from the UK for a good price.
In the meantime , a friend was in the middle of upgrading his bike from Dura Ace 9000 to Di2 9070, and he sort of planted the idea of building my new frame up with this group.
Well it didn't take much in the way of convincing , to sway me in that direction.
So.......... after several months of gathering bits from all over the world......... Here it is
Came in at about the same price as a standard Ultegra Di2 Foil 15 , and weighs in at 6.8 kg without pedals or cages.
Very happy with it would be an understatement.
Scott Foil custom build.

Have since replaced the wheels (after having a bit of a problem with the free-hub on the Mavics) with Shimano Dura Ace C-24 9000.
Weight is now 6.9 kg with pedals and cages : )
Haven't ridden it for the last 3 months tho , have been recovering from broken wrist : (
