Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sCan someone tell me the difference if there is any between Ultegra and 105 pedals please?

Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sThe name printed on them and a slight weight difference
Functionally they are identical. I'm running the 5700's and am very happy with them.
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sThanks, that's what I wanted to know!

Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sI understand the material difference in some of the components would lead to less rust on the Ultegra. Further, there may be differences in the quality of the bearing. May or may not be relevant to your needs.

Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sI've got both and can't pick the difference. Get the 5700 as they're cheaper.
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sYep also just ridden both. No noticable difference.
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sThanks all, I have ordered the 105s and some new shoes to.

Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sDid all this recently and ended up saving by getting the 105 pedals. Which shoes did you get?
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sThey are a bit lower profile also. Which means you can pedal through a few more corners, a little bit worthwhile in crits but apart from in crits not that useful.

Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105s
Every set I've ever bought has , whether is be cheap ass MTB or more exxy SPD-SL's.
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sI just bought a set recently. Can confirm they come with them. Great pedals too.
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sI use the 105 SPD-SL pedals on my road and track bikes, great looking pedals and seem to last well. Prefer SPD-SL to SPD when it comes to long distance and hard riding, SPD is way nicer for commuting though.
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sMy new Ultegra pedals seem an identical ride but smoother to engage and disengage, probably the placebo effect, cost more therefore must be better!
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sNot happy Torpedo 7, ordered on the 7th March now 23rd and still have not arrived!

Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sI have ultegra SL and don't like them that much, changing to look carbo Keo.
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105s
Well seems like Australian Post is the problem here, why am I not suprised. It is sitting at Bribie office. Foo
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sThe bunch of halfwits sent them back on me.
Incompetent bunch of fools, of the highest order, this lot on Bribie Island. Now I don't get to use them on my week off. Friggin halfwits. Foo
Re: Pedals The Difference Ultegra/105sAn update on the 105 pedals and T7 shoes.
They work well together and I have no problems with unclipping. I turned the adjustment up a full turn from easiest and they hold nicely and twist out without hurting the knee whilst twisting. Foo I don't suffer fools easily and so long as you have done your best, you should have no regrets.
