Difference between Ultegra 11 speed chains? HG70 and HG700

Postby Drizt » Wed May 27, 2015 9:37 am

Hi,

I just noticed that I ordered some back up chains from various places and I've ended up with two different model number chains. I did a quick google and can't seem to find a direct comparison.

HG70 and HG700

The 700 was more expensive but I bought it from a different shop so not a great comparison.

HG70 is a 105-level 8-speed chain.
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.
