Hard to find and expensive. I replaced one of mine with a "naked" version from ebay - bring your own brake blade.

You'd be better off buying a pair of Veloce 10s Power Shift ergolevers. Wiggle have them in on sale at around $104 and these'll come complete with cables and inners which will be a lot less fiddly (and probably ultimately cheaper) than getting the internals and doing your own repair.
If you have a friendly bike shop maybe ask them. There's enough riders out there with upgraditis that there should be the odd stripped of lever in a box in a dark corner of a workshop.
Otherwise trawl ebay or gumtree for a pre-owned pair, or the for-sale part of this forum. Or even put a wanted add yourself in the wanted section.

Thanks guys.
Idler - are these naked versions the ultra shift 2010 models?
Everytime i ask the eBay vendors these questions and they never provide me a definitive answer.
